Processed Foods

Processed foods are the single most harmful thing for your health. Even though individual ingredients can be extreemly toxic, like high fructose corn syrup for example, It seems that the process of exposing foods to high heats, dirty machines, and the industrial process is much more toxic to your health. This is a little difficult to visualize because most processed foods contain harmful ingredients in themselves so who is to say what the problem is, however I have noticed that processed foods cause the most harm. Also to note technically speaking if you pick a banana from a tree that food has been processed and some individuals will make this argument in the favor of processed foods, however if you use common sense everyone knows what foods you are talking about when speaking of processed foods. The general rule that you should remember is that the more processed something is the worse it is for you.

Why is it so bad?

    1. No nutritional value

The process of exposing foods to high heats/radiation/paturization, all processes of "killing bacteria" used in the industry are only needed because of how dirty the environment the food is being processed in, and destroys all of the nutrients in food. A raw egg with have a higher nutritional value than a full cooked one.

    2. Industrial Toxins

The factories and machines that make processed foods have a notorious reputation for being unclean. Machines that have never been deepcleaned and continue to pass mold into every batch, pests getting into food, and companies cutting corners all contribute to these industrial toxins.

    3. Harmful Ingredients

Perservatives, pestacides, corn syrup, sugar, and much more.
