Plastic: Lets off toxic off gas, carcinogenic, releases microplastics, and food will not last as long in plastic. Use glass instead. Toxic candels: Most candels contain toxins, instead heat up lemon and cinnamon in water on the stove on simmer. Non stick pans: These pans are coated in toxc cemicals

Hydrogen peroxide: Spray hydrogen peroxide on mold to get rid of it, on grout avoid abrasive scrubbers but instead use something soft with hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a lot healthier, occurs naturally, and doesn't create super bugs.

Hormones: The most common cause of acne is hormone inbalance, usually minor and normal if you would like to help with it diet and excersise is the best thing to improve.
Skin toxins: Caused by working in an unclean or humid environment can cause acne, the best thing to help with this is charcoal soap. Also if you have large skin pores staying cooler closing the pores will help as well.
Cane sugar: Cane sugar will cause small red acne, limit cane sugar intake to imporve.
Milk: Unhealthy milk with hormones will cause bigger cystic acne, drink grass fed milk or limit intake to improve.
Immune system: You can have bad acne if your immune system is overreacting because of a previous toxic lifestyle. You need to settle your immune system, this is fixed with an improved diet and lifestyle over time.
